Vineyard: hilly; tuffaceous, clayey andlimestone soils; south-westerly exposure.

Types of grapes: Corvina Corvinone, Rondinella, Oseleta and Spigamonte.
Re-fermented on the Amarone grape pomace

Ageing:
– 12 months in oak barrels
– 6 months in bottle



Colour: 
deep ruby red.

Bouquet: spicy, typical and intense.

Flavor: full, rounded and velvety.

Alcohol content: 14 % Vol.


Serving suggestions: Pasta and rice dishes with mushroom or meat sauces; grilled or roast meats and game; mature cheeses.

Serving temperature: 18° C
