Drying: Dried for approx. 120-150 days.

Colour: ruby red with purple highlights.
Bouquet: raspberry jam.
Flavor: full, warm and velvety.
Alcohol content: 14 % Vol.
Serving suggestions: Very mature and sharp cheeses served wiith honey and “mostarda” (Italian chutney); dry confectionery, chocolate biscuits. A “conversation wine”.
