Drying: Dried for approx. 90-120 days.

Colour: deep ruby red.
Bouquet: spicy, typical and intense.
Flavor: full, warm and velvety.
Alcohol content: 15.5 % Vol.
Serving suggestions: Grilled meats, roasts and game; mature cheeses. A “meditation wine”.
