Courses The splendid old "grain loft” at Villa Canestrari, where grapes for making Recioto wines used to be dried, has been converted into a conference hall and classroom where from January onwards there will be wine-tasting courses and themed evenings, of which the purpose is to discuss the many aspects of wine, learning about flavours, scents, aftertastes and food pairings.
