Our Wines			L'AMANDORLATO - Recioto della Valpolicella DOC GRAPES: Corvina Veronese 70%, Rondinella 18%, other old varieties 12%. COLOUR: Intense garnet red with mature notes. BOUQUET: Wild rose, violets, cherry and plum jam, boiled raspberries; ginger, pepper, leather, vanilla and cocoa, balanced and rendered unique by the dominating scent of cooked fruit. TASTE: Soft, full and enticing; the fruit, enhanced by roundness and complexity, comes to the fore and is never diminished by the delicate suggestion of wood, perfectly tannic, velvety and balanced. RECOMMENDED ACCOMPANIMENTS: Extra-mature and strong full flavoured cheeses (green-mould, even sharp), dry desserts; especially good with chocolate desserts. Excellent on its own, unequalled in stimulating good company and pleasant conversation.
